GenePix Pro is microarray image acquisition and analysis software from Axon Instruments, designed to work seamlessly with GenePix scanners. It supports two-color and multi-channel fluorescence experiments, offering automated and manual gridding of spotted arrays, adaptive spot detection and segmentation, and robust quantitation with multiple background subtraction options. The software computes comprehensive per-spot metrics—including intensities, ratios, signal-to-noise, and saturation percentages—to enable rigorous quality control and confident downstream analysis.
